Hi, my name is Catherine

I have always had a love for animals, and being from a farming background, I have grown up surrounded by various animals, both large and small. From a young age, I have always had pets, which over the years have included budgies, cats and dogs. Some of my happiest childhood memories are helping my gran feed calves by hand and bottle feeding lambs.

When I first left school, I spent 3 years working in local kennels, during which time I achieved my level 2 qualification in animal care and then progressed to achieve a higher national certificate in animal care.

I am currently a student veterinary nurse in the final year of my degree, and when I’m not busy working in veterinary practice with small animals or studying for my degree, I enjoy working with local farmers during lambing and calving time.

Given my experience and qualifications, I have decided to set up locally a small business offering animal services, which includes pet sitting, dog walking, livestock assistance, equine and yard duties.
